Granola Recipe!
I honestly eyeball every ingredient but mainly consists of;
A cup of rolled oats, a couple heaping cups of unsalted nuts(cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, pistachios, pepitas, etc.) coarsely chopped into bits, toasted sesame seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sweetener(I use erythritol), vanilla and an egg white. You can also substitute oatmeal, or even add; amaranth, barley, bulgur, kamut, or other cereals.
I usually toss the dry ingredients first, including the erythritol and warming spices if I have some lying around. You can just put vanilla as your seasoning but I like to add cinnamon, nutmeg, and turmeric for extra antioxidants.
Then afterwards, add your egg white and mix until evenly incorporated. Then finely spread on a greased baking sheet(I like to use coconut oil), you can also put a piece of parchment and roll it to be very thin, and put it into a pre heated oven of 300 F. I usually take it out when it become golden brown and let it completely cool down.
I like to eat it with greek yogurt or with soy milk.
